At KML Complete Home Healthcare, we understand that you may have questions about our home health care services. We have compiled some of the most frequently asked questions and provided answers to help you make informed decisions. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

  • How long is a shift at minimum?
    We offer shifts no shorter than 4 hours long. 24/7 365 days.
  • Is your agency approved by Medicare or Medicaid?
    We do not accept insurance.
  • What type of Home Care does your agency provide?
    We provide services that include: Companion care, personal care, all the way through hospice care.
  • Are your caregivers experienced?
    Yes my caregivers typically have experience in hospital settings, facilities, nursing students, and medical practices. Each care giver is individually vetted before they join our team.
  • How do I pay for your services?
    Invoices are sent weekly and patients can pay either online or by check.
